1:1 Integrative Consultations
Bring me what's stuck. Together we'll work through it — the lymphatic system, detox pathways, environment, food, stress, and the daily rituals that support the body coming back to equilibrium.
Sessions are 90 minutes for a first visit, 60 minutes thereafter.
What to expect
The session
What does a first session look like?
Ninety minutes. We start with a body history — sleep, digestion, cycle, stress, environment. From there we map detox pathways and identify where things are stuck. You'll leave with a daily ritual, dietary direction, and the framework to keep working between sessions.
Do I need to bring anything?
Recent bloods if you have them, and any supplement labels you're currently taking. Otherwise just yourself, water, and time. I'll send a body history to fill out beforehand.
How often should we meet?
Most clients see me monthly for the first three months while the practice settles. After that, six-weekly or as needed. The work is meant to make me unnecessary, eventually.
Are sessions covered by health funds?
Some funds cover integrative health consultations under their extras cover. Receipts are provided after each session — you'll need to check with your specific fund.
Do you work with children or pregnancy?
Yes — children alongside a parent, and pregnancy from second trimester onwards. Some protocols change during these phases. We'll go through what's safe in your first session.

In-Studio (Byron Bay)
My studio sits a few streets back from Tallow Beach. Fitted with everything I'll need to do the work; nothing that gets in the way.
Online
For clients beyond Byron, we work over secure video. I'll send a few materials before our first session — a body history, breathwork foundation, and the dry brushing dose if it's appropriate.
