why full copper

Most “copper” brushes are copper on the outside only.

Every other ionic dry brush is boar hair with a little copper woven through. Möxche is the only one with a full field of copper bristles — no boar hair, no fibre filler, no animal hair — on FSC-certified beech. It’s the difference you feel with every stroke.

Copper is highly conductive: as it moves across skin it creates a gentle ionic exchange that fibre and animal hair can’t. And where fibre softens and sheds, copper deepens — a patina that records every morning you returned.

the practitioner behind the practice

The body is always communicating. My work is simply about helping you remember how to listen.”

Jess — Integrative Health Practitioner, founder of Möxche

As an Integrative Health Practitioner, I’m endlessly curious about the intersection of anatomy, ancient wisdom and the body’s own ability to restore balance. Every product within Möxche has been carefully selected because it’s something I genuinely believe in, use myself, and feel proud to share.

the practice

Three minutes a day. That’s the whole practice.

01

Begin dry

Dry skin, before your morning shower.

02

Toward the lymph nodes

Light strokes — upper body to the underarms, lower body to the groin.

03

Return daily

Three minutes. Gentle beats hard. Daily beats perfect.

what to expect

What the practice feels like.

First strokes

First contact

Skin wakes up. Some feel a light warmth or tingle — that’s circulation. Keep the strokes gentle.

With consistency

The practice settles

Smoother-feeling skin and a lighter feeling in the limbs, as the practice supports lymphatic movement and temporarily boosts circulation.

The ritual

The habit

Three minutes becomes non-negotiable. The copper begins its patina — a record of every morning.

Description+

This is not just dry brushing. This is a return to ritual.

Designed to work with both the physical and energetic body, this brush supports the natural movement of the lymphatic system while awakening the skin through intentional touch.

Copper has long been revered as a powerful conductor of energy. As it moves across the skin, we believe copper offers something fibre can’t — part of what makes this a ritual, not just exfoliation, and a way to bring awareness back to the body.

This isn't a rushed routine. It's a moment.

Used on dry skin, this ritual supports:

  • Lymphatic flow and fluid movement
  • Skin renewal and gentle exfoliation
  • Circulation and overall vitality
  • Energetic stimulation and body awareness

Use with slow, intentional strokes, guiding the body toward its natural drainage points — underarms and groin.

Because the body isn't just physical. It's responsive. It's intelligent. It's energy in motion.

Who it's for

For those feeling stagnant, heavy, or disconnected from their body. For those wanting to support lymphatic flow and skin vitality naturally. For those who crave a deeper, more intentional start to their day. For anyone ready to turn a daily habit into a ritual.

Care & Lifespan+

Your dry brush does not require frequent cleaning. If needed, you can gently wipe the copper bristles with a dry cloth. Avoid water or moisture, as this can affect the integrity of the natural bristles and timber over time. Cared for this way, the copper slowly deepens into a patina that is entirely yours — about a year of daily practice before the bristles soften and it’s time for a fresh one.

Who It’s For+

For those feeling stagnant, heavy, or disconnected from their body. For those wanting to support lymphatic flow and skin vitality naturally. For those who crave a deeper, more intentional daily practice.

before you ask

The honest answers.

Is it too harsh for sensitive skin?+

No. Copper bristles are firmer than boar hair, but you control the pressure — light strokes are the technique, not hard ones. Start gentle; most sensitive skin adapts within the first week.

Won’t the copper tarnish?+

It patinas — deepening in tone with use. That’s the material doing what copper does, not wear and tear. It never needs polishing.

I’ve never dry brushed. Where do I start?+

The practice card in the box walks you through it — three minutes, always toward the heart, on dry skin before your shower. That’s the whole thing.

How is this different from a $20 brush?+

A full field of copper bristles instead of a copper ring around animal hair, formulated by a practitioner, on FSC-certified beech. A full year of daily practice in every brush — not a fortnight of shedding.

Sarah KVerified

The copper bristles are the real deal.

Three weeks of daily brushing. Skin is smoother, circulation feels noticeably better in my legs, and the ritual itself has become the best part of my morning. The beech handle has a lovely weight to it.

Lou HVerified

Firm but never harsh.

Was sceptical about copper vs regular bristles. After a month I'm a convert — softer skin, no irritation, and the handle feels substantial without being heavy. The packaging is beautiful too.

Maeve RVerified

Bought the heartwood as well.

Use it every morning before my shower. The bristle firmness is perfect for dry brushing — enough pressure to feel it working but nothing aggressive. Bought the dark wood version for my partner.
